Returns Policy

Bobby & Rose does not offer refunds on goods due to change of mind.

All sale items are final - no exchange or credit note is available. 

Please contact orders hello@bobbyandrose.com with your return query so that our returns team can advise a returns authorisation number & arrange for your exchange/refund to be processed as soon as possible. You have 7 days from when you receive your order to make this claim. 

Once you receive a authorisation number you have 7 days to return the item to us. Please make sure your authorisation number is printed clearly on the returned package. Items must be in their original condition and must not have been worn, altered or washed and all tags must remain on the item.

Once we have received your return, please allow 5 days for the exchange/refund to be processed.

If your item is faulty please contact us at hello@bobbyandrose.com so that our returns team can arrange for the faulty goods to be repaired or replaced as soon as possible. We will assess the fault upon return of the garment and reserve the right to repair or replace. If the item is no longer in stock, a full refund will be issued. 

Please note that only returns who have lodged a return request & have been issued an returns authorisation number will be accepted. 

Bobby & Rose does not cover the return postage costs — this cost is at your own expense. We highly recommend using Australia Post registered or express  post to return your items to us, and we advise you to take note of your tracking number. Bobby & Rose is not responsible or accountable for the loss of garments being returned.
